Shipping policy

Shipping cost are calculated at the end in checkout. However the price may be needed to change depending on certain factors and the consumer will be notified as soon as possible. All orders can be changed/cancelled if required by consumer or if freight is unavailable. 

Free Local delivery to Tamworth 

Free Pick Up from store - shop 27 345 Peel St Tamworth, 2340 NSW Australia. 

Shipping fees for under $200 is $10 to $30 dollars. 

Free Shipping on orders over $200 in NSW. 

Charges may apply to express postage or remote locations. 

Zip Payment is not to be used on Pre-order/Back Orders instore or online. 

Pre-orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive. The customer will be notified if there is a delay in the item and subject to availability. 

 

Handling and packing of in stock items should take 12 to 24hrs when In-Stock. Delay notifications will be sent to the customer if incident occurs. 

If any issues occur with the product in travel the costumer is to notify Baby Buzz Tam Pty Ltd on babybuzztamworth@gmail.com or 0439 808 969 within 30 days for the issue to be valid.
